Letter of Consent is required to be provided by shareholders/members of the company at the time of closure of the company under the Fast Track Exit Scheme.

Further in addition to the letter of consent by members/shareholders, following documents are also required to be prepared at the time of company closure under Fast Track Exit Scheme:-
