The scope of work includes verifying and certify the interest calculations in accordance with the terms of the issue for all existing or upcoming bond series. to verify tax calculations, tax challans, to generate TDS certificates, etc., and any other work or consultancy which will be necessary and relevant for the purpose of compliance with the provisions of income tax laws and rules with regards to debt securities so as to avoid default if any in future.
