Brooke Hospital for Animals (India) henceforth referred as ‘Brooke India’, registered under section 8 of the Companies Act 2013, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms of chartered accountants to express their interest for conducting quarterly internal audit of Brooke India’s financial statements for the financial year ending 31st March 2022, with the option of auditing Brooke India’s financial statements for subsequent financial years. The objective of the internal audit services is to assist the Brooke Hospital for Animals India in evaluating and testing the effectiveness of key controls that are in place to mitigate the key risks faced by the Company and thereby achieve its objectives.
