MCA has notified NCLT amendment rules 2020. These rules insert section 80A and amend section 230 and are further amending National Company Law Tribunal Rules 2016 (NCLT Rules 2016).

MCA extends the due date for filing Cost Audit Report (CRA-4) for FY 2018-19 till 29.02.2020. Now the said cost audit report can be filed till 29.02.2020 without payment of any additional fees.

MCA has extends the last date of filing of Form No.BEN-2 and BEN-1 under the Companies Act 2013 without any additional fees.

Fast track exit scheme has been notified by MCA for closure of non operating, non functional and defunct companies. This scheme gives an opportunity to companies to get there name strike off from register of companies in a hassle free manner.

MCA has extended last date of filing form PAS-6 on 28.11.2016. Now last date for filing PAS-6 for the half year ended on 30.09.2019 will be 60 days from the date of deployment of form on MCA website.
